When you contact us
We collect the name, email address, organisation, optional role, enquiry details and preferred language you submit through our contact form, together with the submission date. Authorised ModulePrime staff use this information to review your request, reply and discuss possible next steps.
If you have allowed analytics, your enquiry can be linked to your recorded visits on this website.
When you visit
Cookies support security, your language preference and your saved analytics choice. The language preference lasts up to one year; the analytics choice and optional visitor identifier last up to 180 days.
We count visits by page and day without a visitor identifier. If you choose “Allow analytics”, we also record a visitor identifier, visited pages and times, IP address, referring website and campaign tags to understand navigation and improve the site. These records are stored in the website’s database.
You can refuse this optional analytics or change your choice at any time. Choosing “Necessary only” stops future detailed analytics and removes the visitor cookie; it does not erase records already stored.
Storage and service providers
Our website and its database are hosted on a virtual server we manage in Infomaniak’s Public Cloud in Geneva, Switzerland. Infomaniak Network SA provides the hosting infrastructure and processes website data on our behalf.

- Server logs
- Technical logs may contain your IP address, the time and path of a request, response status and browser information. We use them to operate and secure the website and investigate errors.
- Retention
- We keep enquiry records for the duration of the discussion and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only where needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. We keep analytics and server logs only as long as needed for site improvement, troubleshooting and security. Data in backups is retained only as long as needed for recovery and is removed when those backups are replaced.

Email info@moduleprime.ch to ask about your personal data or request access, correction or deletion. We will handle your request under applicable Swiss data protection law, including any retention obligations.
